At Summit Special, we don’t just provide accommodation, we provide an experience. Our chalet hosts go above and beyond for our guests both before and during your stay. All Summit Special experiences are dealt with on a personal basis. How catered chalets work

Interested in staying in our catered chalet in Les Gets? Here’s how our catered chalet model works. Chalet Hôtel Blythe meals are prepared by the chalet’s professional private chef.

When staying with us for 7 days, you will be provided with a 3-course meal on 5 of the 7 evenings that you stay with us. This will be preceded with canapes and also includes a selection of wine, beer & soft drinks. We can cater for children and also those with special dietary requirements. Please notify us of any dietary requirements during the booking process.

Chalet Hôtel Blythe – your professional chef will produce a fabulous three course meal across 5 days of your stay for your evening meals. This will be alongside delicious handmade canapes. All dishes are prepared fresh on the day, using locally sourced produce. A diverse culinary offering with an array of flavours and expertly presented by chef. 

This includes both cooked and continental breakfasts each day and will also have freshly baked afternoon cakes daily. Chalet Hôtel Blythe has a fully stocked complimentary bar for throughout your stay.
